In May the city campaigns intensify in the Hebrew and Russian languages.
The message: The Gospel, in the last days, based on the book of Daniel will be seen on a wide range of media including giant billboards, bus ads, on the radio and the internet.
Counselors will man ten phone lines 24/7 at the call center.
Later in the summer we will proceed with a massive 30-day campaign aimed at Arabic speaking people. 1.4 million Arabs live in Israel.
The “Good News Event” in the Arabic language will reach Palestinians in Gaza and the West Bank.

IRR/TV Works With Local Churches in Israel
For the past four years we have conducted more than 13 historic mega-city media campaigns in Russia, Ukraine and Central Asia. We have seen millions reached and thousands saved as a result. Now, the call comes to us from Israel.
Together with Messianic, Arabic, Russian congregations in several cities in Israel we are making preparations for a unique and historic media campaign scheduled to take place in May, June and July.
The purpose of these campaigns is to seek out the lost sheep of the House of Israel—those that need the touch of God in their lives, the touch of the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. There are thousands of such children of Israel today.
The three campaigns will last 15 to 30 days each and will be conducted in three of the nation’s most spoken languages: Hebrew, Arabic and Russian. (Russian Jews represent over one third of Israel's population.)
Israel is our continual challenge
Israel
does not allow Christian TV programs on state run channels.
However satellite TV has allowed IRR/TV programs to
be seen extensively in Israel. They are now seen in
almost every home (1.2 million households - about 5
million viewers).
The population of Israel is about 6 million, of which
83% are Jewish and 16% Arab. The official languages
are Hebrew and Arabic.
Over the last ten years a third language has emerged:
Russian. Over one million Jews have immigrated to Israel
from the territories of the former Soviet Union. Many
of these Russian-speaking Jews have asked that IRR/TV’s
programs be seen in Israel. Today, these programs are
on air every Saturday at 12:00 Jerusalem time.
Please remember these Russian-speaking Jews so that
new opportunities be found to broadcast and reach those
who live in Israel.
Israel’s Hearing Impaired
Josh Reinstein a member of the Knesset in Israel admitted
in January that the hearing impaired people group in
Israel is growing at a fast rate due to bombs and suicide
attacks. Because of this special attention must be given
to these people. Nadya Miroshnichenko, IRR/TV's missionary
to the hearing challenged has spent this past winter
in Israel with her son- in-law Sergei and daughter Zhenia
Goldburg. Nadja shares her experiences.
”In December I was invited to visit a young girl
in Beersheba. I thought if I should even go at first.
I would have preferred to have a larger audience to
minister to. Then I reflected on Jesus' words, all of
heaven rejoices for one soul. The girl I went to visit
had moved from Ukraine with her mother and father. She
had never heard the message of Jesus Christ even though
she grew up in a Christian home. Her family was unable
to communicate to her about Jesus.
For two days we talked. At first it was difficult because
she used Hebrew sign language and I used Russian. Fortunately
sign language is adaptable internationally especially
when it comes to music and songs. I told her of Jesus
and "sang" from the Psalms.
During the song Lidia's face went white and it looked
like she was about to cry. Her parents were amazed at
how focused she was and how carefully she "listened".
All of a sudden she told me she wanted to meet God.
This trip to Beersheba was avery important first step
in ministry there.
"I would like to thank each one of our prayer partners
that have supported ministry to the hearing challenged.
Your support and prayers have seen a great harvest and
that is also why I am now in Israel. "Our missionaries
have also been met with opposition and threats. In her
home town posters with photos of Nadya, Sergei and Zhenya
have been posted warning residents to refrain from coming
into contact with them and others like them (see photo
below). Please pray for our team members in Israel.
ps: IRR/TV's television programs are now broadcast on
several channels into nearly every home throughout Israel.
They are produced in Russian to minister to over 1 million
Russian Jews living in Israel. Hebrew and English language
also.
