India is the second largest nation in the world with
a total population of over one billion. IRR/TV has been
invited to initiate TV production in order to reach
400 million children in India. This request from India
is currently under review.

Major religions: 83% Hindu, 11% Muslim, 3% Christian.
Through STAR WORLD, IRR/TV has reached over 50 million
viewers in India. Response has been received from all
over India. Many viewers have made a personal decision
to receive Christ as a direct result of the programs.
IRR/TV will continue to increase the number of TV programs
broadcast to Asia.

The IRR/TV leadership team returned from an unforgettable
visit to Banda Aceh Indonesia March 7th. "It looked
as if a nuclear explosion had taken place" says Hannu
Haukka. "Standing on the beach looking out to sea it
looked like paradise. Turning around it looked like
the aftermath of Armaggeddon!"
IRR/TV is channeling aid to Southeast India through
its national partner in Chennai, Ashvin Dev. Tamil Nadu
was hardest hit on the Indian coast. IRR/TV works with
indigenous partners on the northern tip of the Island
of Sumatra. IRR/TV supplies food, blankets, clothes
for villagers and boats for fishermen.
IRR/TV programs for the soul are seen by satellite TV
in the Tsunami stricken countries of Thailand, Indonesia,
Sri Lanka, India, Maldives Islands, Bangladesh, Malaysia.
